Credit Union Board Effectiveness: Successful Strategies Video

This video contains two training modules.

Part I: Characteristics of Success, will introduce you to the Filene Research Institute and its twelve-month study, Credit Union Boards and Credit Union Effectiveness. This study surveyed over 2,400 credit union CEOs, directors and staff members in an attempt to link board of director behaviors with the organizational performance of the credit union. The results of this study provide the backdrop for this video.

Part II: Successful Strategies, will review several key areas outlined in the first module and explain how your board can adopt strategies to get the most from their efforts. In each of these modules we will suggest strategies that credit union boards can adopt in order to more effectively lead their organizations into the twenty-first century.
