The focus of this 90 minute audio presentation will be to look at the basics of pricing and structuring loans to improve ROA and to meet the needs of the market and of your Member Business Loan borrowers. This doesn’t mean being the lowest cost lender in town – but rather you should be assuring a reasonable return for the risk the Credit Union is taking. Review the keys to understanding market/risk pricing and the fundamentals used in structuring loans. One of the key components of pricing is a Risk rating system that reflects the risk acceptance of the Credit union while adequately reviewing the key elements of a loan request that comprises risk.
